Detailed description of Eagle Hills Golf Course
Eagle Hills Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located southwest Omaha in Papillion, Nebraska. This is one of two courses owned by the town of Papillion, the other coyrse is Tara Hills Golf Course.
Eagle Hills first opened for play in 2000. The course was designed by Grant Wencel.
Eagle Hillsis a challenging 18 hole, 6500 yard facility. The golf course meanders through open hills, wetlands, and wooded areas presenting unique vistas and shot making decisions.
Black tees: 6,515 yards, course rating 71.4, slope rating 130.
White tees: 5,934 yards, course rating 68.9, slope rating 122.
Gold tees: 5,282 yards, course rating 66.1, slope rating 113.
Red tees: 4,615 yards, course rating 70.0, slope rating 113.

Everyone should play this relatively short course from the Black tees. The course has two very different nines. The front nine is EASY, boring really, with very little character. The back nine is more difficult, requires excellent shot making, and has some character on the holes 11 through 15. Overall, the 5 holes 11 through 15 make this course a decent value. The course conditions are not predictable.
